Fully automated production

Our company offers you products manufactured in fully automated and modern production, which guarantees the highest level of efficiency and quality. Our production lines are equipped with advanced technologies that not only ensure the accuracy and stability of processes, but also allow us to quickly respond to changes in market conditions. Automation in our production makes the production process faster and more efficient, reducing the possibility of errors and ensuring a high level of safety standards. We test each product in our own laboratory

In our own laboratory, equipped with high-precision equipment, each manufactured product is checked for compliance with technical standards. All products are certified according to ISO and DSTU B V.2.7-126:2011 standards. Compliance of products with hygienic and sanitary standards is confirmed by the sanitary-epidemiological station. In the laboratory, 15 types of analyzes are conducted, which check the product for compliance with the technical indicators of the properties of construction mixtures adopted in the standards, as well as for standard technical indicators (cone sedimentation, spillage, resistance to vertical flow and other parameters).

We deliver as soon as possible

Ready products in bags are automatically placed on the pallet by a manipulator robot with a stacking speed of 800 bags per hour. The last stage of production is the packaging of a pallet with products with stretch film. The special installation is capable of processing 35 pallets per hour. Yuni Parts has its own railway track and is conveniently located in the city of Dnipro, which allows for prompt shipment of packaged goods and delivery of products to customers.
